What Agon does
Agon helps you run your fitness studio from a single desktop app:
- Schedule classes — create one-off or recurring classes in a few clicks
- Manage clients — profiles, booking history, and memberships all in one place
- Handle bookings — clients book from their phone; you see everything in real time
- Check in clients — via mobile app, QR code, or manual entry at reception
- Manage memberships — recurring subscriptions and credit packs with full lifecycle tracking
- Accept payments — connect your own Stripe account, or record cash and bank transfer payments manually
- Generate reports — attendance, revenue, membership, and retention reports with CSV export
- Stay GDPR compliant — built-in data export and deletion tools
Who Agon is for
Agon is designed for independent fitness studio owners and managers who want a reliable system without handing their client data to a third party.
How it works
You install the Agon desktop application on your Mac, Windows PC, or Linux machine. The app runs a local server on your computer and automatically creates a secure internet connection (via Cloudflare Tunnel) so that your clients can reach it from their phones anywhere in the world.
Your clients download the Agon Studio mobile app, scan your studio's QR code, and can immediately browse and book your classes.

| Check-in | Confirming a client's physical arrival at a class |
| Credit | A single class credit included in a membership |
| Waitlist | A queue for clients who want to join a full class |
