Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first screen you see when Agon opens — an at-a-glance overview of your studio, no navigation required.

What's on the Dashboard​

At the top, a greeting with your studio's name and today's date, followed by:

  • Four KPI cards:

    • Active memberships — with an "N expiring in 7 days" note when memberships are about to expire.
    • Revenue this month — with the number of payments and the average payment amount.
    • Retention rate — with the number of churned clients, when there are any.
    • Check-in rate — with the average class size.

    Each card shows a ▲/▼ percentage badge comparing the number to the prior period, the same kind of comparison used on the Reports page.

  • Today's classes — the classes scheduled for today, in chronological order. Cancelled classes are excluded.

  • Quick actions — shortcuts to schedule a class, add a client, assign a membership, or open Reports.

  • Trends — small trend charts for revenue, check-in rate, and retention rate.

  • Attendance — classes this week, average class size, bookings this month, and the busiest day.

  • Top class types — the top 4 class types by number of bookings.

  • Members by plan — active membership counts broken down by membership type.

Important: the Dashboard's periods are fixed, not selectable​

The Dashboard has no date picker. Unlike the Reports page, you cannot choose a date range here — every number on the Dashboard always covers a fixed period:

  • Revenue this month and check-in rate (and its average class size) always cover the current calendar month, from the 1st to today.
  • Active memberships and retention rate (and their sub-notes) always use their report's own default window, which is the last 30 days — the same default the Memberships and Retention reports use when no date range has been set on the Reports page.

The Dashboard and the Reports page are separate, independent features. Changing the date range on Reports has no effect on the Dashboard — the two pages fetch their numbers independently, and the Dashboard's periods cannot be changed. If you need a custom date range, use Reports instead.
