Calendar sync

This page explains how to subscribe your phone's calendar app to your Agon bookings, so upcoming classes show up automatically.

Before you start​

You need the Agon Studio app installed and to be logged in. Calendar sync works with any calendar app that supports subscribing to a feed URL — this includes the built-in Calendar app on iPhone and most Android calendar apps, as well as Google Calendar and Outlook.

Subscribing to your calendar​

  1. Open the Agon Studio app.
  2. Tap Profile at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Find the Calendar Sync section.
  4. Tap Add to Calendar.

This opens your device's calendar app and starts its native "subscribe to calendar" flow. Once you confirm there, your upcoming confirmed class bookings appear in your calendar automatically — and stay up to date as your bookings change, without you doing anything else.

If you'd rather add the feed manually (for example, in a desktop calendar app), tap Copy Link on the same screen to copy your personal feed URL to your clipboard, then paste it into your calendar app's "subscribe by URL" option.

Your calendar feed link is personal and secret — treat it like a password. If you think it's been shared or exposed, you can generate a new one:

  1. On the Calendar Sync section of your Profile screen, tap Regenerate.
  2. Confirm.

This immediately invalidates your old link. Any calendar app still using it will stop updating — you'll need to subscribe again using the new link (tap Add to Calendar or Copy Link again).

What if something goes wrong?​

My classes aren't showing up in my calendar Most calendar apps only check a subscribed feed periodically (sometimes every few hours), not instantly. Try a manual refresh/sync in your calendar app, or wait a bit.

Tapping "Add to Calendar" didn't open my calendar app Some calendar apps don't register as a handler for calendar subscription links. Try Copy Link instead and add it manually through your calendar app's "subscribe by URL" or "add calendar by URL" option.

I regenerated my link and now nothing updates This is expected — regenerating invalidates the old link. Subscribe again with the new link shown after regenerating.
