Smart Lists
Smart Lists let you save a reusable client segment — a set of filters like "membership expired" or "hasn't booked in 30 days" — so you can see who matches it at any time without rebuilding the filters from scratch.

Smart Lists are manager-only — there's no mobile app screen for this feature. Go to Smart Lists in the left sidebar, under the Marketing section.
What a Smart List is for
A Smart List is a saved filter, not a static list of clients. Every time you preview a Smart List (or reference it elsewhere), the filters are re-evaluated against your current client data — a client who newly matches will show up, and one who no longer matches will drop out, with no manual maintenance required.
Available filters
Each Smart List can combine any of the following filters. Leaving a filter blank means it's not applied — an empty Smart List with no filters set matches every client.

| Membership Type (IT: Tipo Abbonamento) | Clients on a specific membership type. |
| Booked within last X days (IT: Prenotato negli ultimi X giorni) | Clients with a booking in the last N days. |
| Not booked within last X days (IT: Non prenotato negli ultimi X giorni) | Clients with no booking in the last N days — useful for win-back segments. |
| Joined after (IT: Iscritto dopo) | Clients who signed up on or after a given date. |
| Joined before (IT: Iscritto prima di) | Clients who signed up on or before a given date. |
Creating a Smart List
- Go to Smart Lists in the left sidebar.
- Click New Smart List (IT: Nuova Lista Intelligente).
- Enter a List Name (IT: Nome Lista) — required — and an optional Description (IT: Descrizione).
- Set any combination of the filters above.
- Click Save List (IT: Salva Lista).
Previewing a Smart List
Click Preview (IT: Anteprima) on any Smart List in the list to see how many clients currently match and a table of their names and emails, without leaving the page. The result updates live against your current client data every time you open the preview — it is never a cached snapshot.
If no client currently matches the filters, the preview shows "No clients match these filters" (IT: Nessun cliente corrisponde a questi filtri).
Editing and deleting
- Click Edit on a Smart List to change its name, description, or filters.
- Click Delete to remove it permanently — there's no confirmation beyond the delete dialog, and no undo.
What if something goes wrong?
I have no Smart Lists yet The page shows an empty state ("No smart lists yet") with a New Smart List button — click it to create your first one.
The preview shows 0 clients Check your filter combination isn't too narrow (for example, a membership type combined with "No membership" as the status will never match anyone) and that you actually have clients meeting those criteria.
