Reports

This page explains the five reports available in Agon and how to export them as CSV.

Navigation label — Reports: EN: Reports · IT: Report · FR: Rapports · DE: Berichte · ES: Informes · PT: Relatórios · NL: Rapporten · PL: Raporty · TR: Raporlar

All reports are available from Reports in the left sidebar. Only studio managers can access reports.

Every report now shows a trend chart across your selected date range, plus how the headline number compares to the period right before it — so you can tell at a glance whether things are improving, not just what the number is today.

  • Trend chart — the report's main number (check-in rate, revenue, new memberships, or retention rate) plotted across your date range, broken into daily, weekly, or monthly points depending on how long the range is.
  • vs last period — a ▲ or ▼ percentage next to the headline number, comparing it to the period right before yours (e.g. this month vs. last month).

The same ▲/▼ percentage appears on the four KPI cards at the top of the Dashboard, so you can see whether the studio is trending up or down without opening Reports at all.

Attendance report

IT: Presenze · FR: Présences · DE: Anwesenheit · ES: Asistencia · PT: Presença · NL: Aanwezigheid · PL: Frekwencja · TR: Katılım

What it shows:

  • Total classes scheduled (IT: Lezioni totali)
  • Total confirmed bookings (IT: Prenotazioni totali)
  • Total check-ins (IT: Check-in totali)
  • Check-in rate (IT: Tasso check-in)
  • Average class size (IT: Dim. media classe)
  • Classes cancelled / completed (IT: Lezioni cancellate / completate)

How to run it:

  1. Go to Reports (IT: Report) → Attendance (IT: Presenze).
  2. Set the From date (IT: Da) and To date (IT: A).
  3. The report updates automatically.
  4. Click Export CSV (IT: Esporta CSV) to download.

Revenue report

IT: Ricavi · FR: Revenus · DE: Einnahmen · ES: Ingresos · PT: Receitas · NL: Omzet · PL: Przychody · TR: Gelir

What it shows:

  • Total revenue (IT: Ricavi totali)
  • Number of payments (IT: Numero pagamenti)
  • Average payment (IT: Pagamento medio)

How to run it:

  1. Go to Reports → Revenue (IT: Ricavi).
  2. Set the date range.
  3. Click Export CSV (IT: Esporta CSV) to download.

Only payments recorded in Agon appear here. Payments collected outside Agon will not appear.

Membership report

IT: Abbonamenti · FR: Abonnements · DE: Mitgliedschaften · ES: Membresías · PT: Associações · NL: Lidmaatschappen · PL: Członkostwa · TR: Üyelikler

What it shows:

  • Total active memberships (IT: Totale attivi)
  • Total expired (IT: Totale scaduti)
  • Total cancelled (IT: Totale cancellati)

How to run it:

  1. Go to Reports → Memberships (IT: Abbonamenti).
  2. Set the date range.
  3. Click Export CSV (IT: Esporta CSV) to download.

Retention report

IT: Fidelizzazione · FR: Fidélisation · DE: Kundenbindung · ES: Retención · PT: Retenção · NL: Retentie · PL: Retencja · TR: Elde tutma

What it shows:

  • Total clients (IT: Clienti totali) — your active client base. This is smaller than the count on the Clients page, which also includes deactivated and anonymized records.
  • Active clients — attended inside the selected date range: a booked class that took place in the range, or a confirmed/completed 1:1 appointment starting in the range. Cancelled and no-show appointments don't count. (IT: Clienti attivi)
  • New clients joined in the period (IT: Nuovi clienti)
  • Churned clients — had class or appointment activity before the period but none during it (IT: Clienti persi). Never more than Total clients.
  • Retention rate (IT: Tasso fidelizzazione) — of the clients who were already with you before the period, the share who attended again during it.

"Not enough data" instead of a percentage: If almost everyone in the range is a brand-new client, there is no established base to measure retention against, so the rate shows Not enough data yet rather than a misleading 0%. Widen the date range to include periods where you already had members.

The vs.-last-period comparison: When the previous period had essentially no activity, the comparison shows no change rather than a "−100%" drop — a swing measured against near-zero is noise, not a real trend.

How to run it:

  1. Go to Reports → Retention (IT: Fidelizzazione).
  2. Set the date range.
  3. Click Export CSV (IT: Esporta CSV) to download.

What if something goes wrong?

  • Total clients looks lower than my Clients page. Expected — this report counts only active clients (see above).
  • Retention rate is blank / says "Not enough data". The selected range has too few pre-existing clients to compute a rate. Pick a longer or earlier range.

Product sales report

IT: Vendite Prodotti · FR: Ventes de Produits · DE: Produktverkäufe · ES: Ventas de Productos · PT: Vendas de Produtos · NL: Productverkopen

What it shows:

  • Total revenue (IT: Ricavi totali)
  • Units sold (IT: Unità Vendute)
  • Sale count (IT: Numero Vendite)
  • Average sale value (IT: Valore Medio Vendita)
  • Walk-in sales — sales with no client attached (IT: Vendite Occasionali)
  • Client sales — sales attributed to a client (IT: Vendite a Clienti)
  • Revenue broken down by payment method: cash, card, other (IT: Per Metodo di Pagamento)
  • A per-product breakdown table — product name, SKU, units sold, revenue (IT: Per Prodotto)

This report does not show a trend chart or a vs.-last-period comparison — those are only shown on the Attendance, Revenue, and Membership/Retention reports.

How to run it:

  1. Go to Reports (IT: Report) → Product Sales (IT: Vendite Prodotti).
  2. Set the From date (IT: Da) and To date (IT: A).
  3. The report updates automatically.
  4. Click Export CSV (IT: Esporta CSV) to download.

The CSV export includes one row per line item sold (not one row per sale), with date, product name, SKU, quantity, unit price, line total, payment method, client name (or "Walk-in"), and the staff member who recorded the sale.

Exporting reports as CSV

Attendance, Revenue, and Product Sales can be exported as CSV. Memberships and Retention do not currently have an export option — only their on-screen totals and trend chart.

  1. Run the report with the date range you need.
  2. Click Export CSV (IT: Esporta CSV · FR: Exporter CSV · DE: CSV exportieren · ES: Exportar CSV).
  3. The CSV file downloads to your computer.

What if something goes wrong?

The report shows no data Check that you have classes and bookings in the selected date range.

The revenue numbers don't match my Stripe dashboard Agon only records payments processed through its integration.
